Jeff Nicholson joins Pega from Kitewheel, where he was Vice President of Marketing and drove go-to-market strategies as well as product and company positioning. At Pega, Mr. Nicholson will lead the business' CRM market positioning, product messaging, and thought leadership. His more than 20-year career spans digital marketing, CRM, predictive analytics, customer engagement and loyalty, real-time marketing, and social strategy. He previously held marketing and product positions at Pitney Bowes Software, Portrait Software, and Kronos.
With more than 20 years of experience, John Williams' career spans the global insurance industry, including property, specialty, casualty, life, and reinsurance. At Pega, Mr. Williams will drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for applications in the insurance market. He joins Pega from Tower Group, where he held roles including Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Head of Corporate Initiatives supporting business development and growth. He previously held senior operating positions with Torus Insurance and American International Group, as well as management consulting roles at Oliver Wyman and KPMG.
