(NASDAQ: EDIT), a leading genome editing company, today announced that its Chief Medical Officer, Gerald Cox, M.D., Ph.D., will be stepping down from the Company at the end of the year. A search is underway to find a successor to Dr. Cox, and the Company continues to execute on its near-term and long-term goals of advancing transformative genomic medicines.
